The High Challenge Staff is led by David Thomson, PhD and Mattie Davis-Wolfe, RN, MA, both with many years of experience in personal and organizational consulting with individuals and teams from large corporations and small non-profits, world-wide. They have led numerous outdoor trainings and explorations including river rafting, desert treks, and ropes course work in the US, Canada, and Eastern and Western Europe. One program participant called them "wise, sincerely caring, and respectfully curious about all aspects of life."
